BST Online Systems Warranty
For products without a manufacturer's warranty:
BST Online Systems provides a seal of its own warranty on the products sold
through our channel. Any products listed with BST seal
 are covered with a
30 day return policy unless otherwise mentioned.
This policy does not cover software, CD games,
intangible products and products that are
damaged from shipping or mishandling or problems due to software that is
improperly installed or defective. All sales are final subject to warranty
provisions.
BST Online Systems reserves the right to replace, repair or
refund your purchase within 30 days from the date of delivery.
The customer is responsible
to contact us and acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and
to pay for return freight charges. The manufacturer will pay for shipping back
to the customer provided that a defect exists.
You are encouraged to contact
us to clarify your warranty concerns. Please allow 14 days to
resolve your warranty issues.
Please note that each unit is shipped individually,
and charged separately for shipping and handling.
Products that are not found to be defective will be returned with an additional
charge for service inspection and shipping.
For your convenience, we have set up the customer service department to respond
by email. When contacting us or the Vendor please include as much detail as
possible so that we can respond quickly. The important details about your bid
will be found on any email that we have sent to you during the bidding process.

Shipping
The following rates are good for Continental USA & Canada. Shipping to
Hawaii and Alaska will be higher. If normal courier service by our designated
shipper is not possible to your location the order will be cancelled and notice
sent to you by email.
Shipping , handling charges, and applicable duty, and brokerage, will be
charged as follows by BST Online Systems Inc.

| For 5-50 pounds - $15.00US per item |
| For 50-80 pounds - $20.00US per item |
Some computers are bundled with a monitor and are considered 2 shipments. In
addition, taxes will be charged as required by local government regulations.
Shipping costs from the US to Canada is dependent on the product type, weight
and destination and will be determined at the time of shipping.
For the Purpose of bidding assume that all products are located in New York
unless shipping costs are specified in the above detail sheet.
