Membrane group was set up in 1982 to address the burgeoning process industry with a capability to design, fabricate, manufacture, erect and commission a range of process equipment meeting stringent chemical industry specifications. The group has since then expanded both horizontally and vertically in terms of industry applications and capacities.

The group operates with three manufacturing facilities in Gurgaon and an independent site fabrication organization. We have so far executed over 150 projects for diverse industrial users such as oil & gas, power, edible oil refining, pharmaceuticals, processed foods, distilleries etc.

Some of our major clients include Reliance, Sunstar Lubricants, Goetze India, Modi Alkalies & Chemicals, Himalayan Distilleries, Nepal, Bombay Oil Industries, Lipton India, CIMMCO, Vietnam, SGS India, Phoenix Oil Corp. USA and Ballarpur Industries etc.

Our products include storage tanks, plant piping systems, heat exchangers, pressure & reaction vessels, agitators, hydro-cyclones, chillers & coolers, condensers, evaporators, auto-clave systems, solvent extraction plants, Water treatment plants, Effluent treatment plants and Industrial filtration systems.

We have the capability to weld & process a range of Steels including exotic metals and different grades of Stainless Steels.

Our site fabrication organization has executed a number of projects including large size rotating equipment, storage tanks, plant piping systems etc. Process equipment up to 22 metric height have been built and erected by us. Locational constraints are none as we have executed projects both within & outside India, mobilizing our own equipment and manpower.

Our group has invested in state of the art manufacturing and test equipment. The facilities include TIG welding machines, plasma cutting systems, plate bending machines, a well equipped machine shop, sand blasting & painting systems. These are supported by test equipment at various stages of operation. Our fabrication and welding procedures conform to relevant industry such as ASME and Indian standards.

The organization employs over 100 people with engineering skills at design, fabrication & commissioning levels. Project Engineering & Supervision are key inputs provided by the management in project execution. We have in house training facilities to train & retrain welders & supervisors. This is supplemented further by sending our personnel regularly for specialized training at reputed welding training schools.
